One of my favorite hidden spots in Westwood is the Mildred E. Mathias Botanical Garden at UCLA. This impressive 7.5-acre botanical garden has various plants, including California native plants, herbs, succulents, and tropical plants. The garden also features a variety of specialized collections, including a cycad collection, a fern collection, and a tropical fruit collection.
